Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will refund the original shipping charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Some banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company directly, as they may have additional information about the status of your refund.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and details about your refund request. We will investigate the matter and update you on our findings.
